The 4-member band CNBLUE, C.N. is short for Code Name and B.L.U.E represents each of the member’s personas --
‘Burning’ for Lee Jong Hyun (Lead Guitar and Vocal),
‘Lovely’ for Kang Min Hyuk (Drums, vocals),
‘Untouchable’ for Lee Jung Shin (Bass guitar, vocals), and
‘Emotional’ for Jung Yong Hwa (Lead Vocal and Guitar), all of whom have been making waves since their debut in Japan in 2009 and South Korea.

The hardworking band celebrated their 5th anniversary last year and held major concerts mostly in Japan to commemorate their musical milestone.

And in their five years together, CNBLUE has also reaped numerous awards and citations.

Friendship wise, theirs is as SOLID as a ROCK! When not together as a group, each member get to do separate projects whether in film, KDramas or solo albums and shows.

The nominations for 2017 MAMA were announced on October 19 and the voting began on the same day. Starting off with 2017 MAMA Premiere in Vietnam on November 25, 2017 MAMA in Japan were held on November 29 and 2017 MAMA in Hong Kong last December 1.
