Just a few months after ToFarm Film Festival Philippines officially announced it was formally open to accept finished script entries for the film fest this year, more than a hundred exciting and mixed entries came pouring in their headquarters and the gruelling task of the Selection Committee went into work led by award-winning writer and actress Ms. Raquel Villavicencio.
