VIRAL: Marcos Highway “drag race” for 1.6 Million pesos?

Video showing an alleged Drag Race that took place at Marcos Highway. According to social media posts, the race was between two groups from Manila and Tarlac with pot money amounting to P1.6 Million.

The video had 400K views at the time of writing.
