Tinapay Natin Pinoy Bread Baking 2016 Champion


Pilmico team up with Max’s Corner Bakery and call on the youth to join the Tinapay Natin Pinoy Bread Baking Competition. The finalist from Iloilo, Cavite and Baguio battle it out to the finals presenting their own bread. The competition aims to inspire the youth to take part in honoring and revitalizing our colorful bread culture, the culmination of the Grand Finals was held at Treston International College at BGC, Taguig City last Oct. 13, 2016


 

The three teams from top culinary schools in Luzon, including Banquet, Rizal , Zambales and Baguio that won their respective elimination rounds will come together to showcase their bread baking skills, and share the stories behind their flavorful traditional and modern breads. Perhaps most exciting of all, the team presented an all new third bread creation that could very well be their ticket to being hailed as first winners of the Tinapay Natin Pinoy Bread Baking Competition.

Grand Winner: St. Therese MTC College, La Fiesta, Iloilo

1st Runner Up: Sisters of Mary School, Adlas Inc, Cavite

2nd Runner Up: Benguet State University
